- Any technological changes, provided by the manufacturers, will be updated/installed in a timely manner
- If the hospital desires to add additional testing capabilities and/or technology, i.e. EEGs, Core Sleep will provide additional equipment options
- Such a decision may result in modification of the terms of the agreement
